Cause and Effect Lesson Plans

The reason why something happens (Cause) and what happens as a result (Effect).

Due to the complexity of the concept, Cause and Effect is not introduced until 1st Grade, and is one of five concepts (Author's Purpose, Cause and Effect, Point of View, Theme, and Voice) that is not taught in Kindergarten.
